Studio Policies

Here you’ll find clear and transparent information about how we work together from service agreements and payments to cancellations, rescheduling, privacy, and the delivery of your photography and films.
These guidelines are designed to protect both you and the freelancer, ensuring you feel confident, informed, and supported at every stage of your wedding journey.
Service Contracts
The service contract outlines the professional relationship between Tasvir by Ali and the Client. This document ensures clarity, mutual respect, and alignment on the creative vision for your wedding day.
- Agreement of Services: The Provider agrees to provide photography and/or videography services as specified in the chosen collection. Any modifications to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing.
- Provider Responsibilities: We commit to capturing your event with artistic integrity, using professional-grade equipment, and delivering edited high-resolution media within the agreed timelines.
- Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for providing a detailed itinerary, ensuring the Provider has access to all locations, and designating a point of contact for coordination.
- Creative License: Tasvir by Ali retains full creative control over the editing process, including color grading and selection of shots, to maintain our signature cinematic style.
- Liability & Coverage: While every effort is made to capture significant moments, the Provider is not liable for missed shots due to physical obstructions or weather conditions beyond our control.
Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may arise where your wedding plans must be altered. To cancel our services, formal written notice is required via email. Please be advised that all booking deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your exclusive date on our calendar and cover initial administrative and preparatory costs. In the event of a cancellation initiated within 90 days of the scheduled wedding date, the total outstanding balance will be due in full to compensate for the reserved production time.
Rescheduling
Should you wish to move your wedding to a different date, we will make every effort to accommodate the change, subject to our studio's availability. A rescheduling fee may be applied to cover the administrative updates and contract modifications. If the studio is already committed for the newly requested date, the request will be processed as a cancellation in accordance with our standard cancellation terms. We strongly recommend consulting with us regarding available dates before finalizing any rescheduling arrangements.
PAYMENT POLICY
BOOKING DEPOSITS
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date in our calendar. This retainer guarantees our exclusive services for your celebration and is applied toward your total collection balance.
ACCEPTED METHODS
We aim to make our process as seamless as possible. We accept bank transfers (BACS/Wire), all major international credit and debit cards, and secure online payments via our client portal.
FINAL BALANCE
The remaining balance of your elected collection is due no later than 30 days prior to your wedding event. Late payments may result in the forfeiture of your date and retainer.

We understand that we are capturing some of the most significant and personal moments of your life, and we are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data throughout our professional relationship.
We collect personal data such as names, contact details, wedding dates, and location information primarily to communicate with you and fulfill our contractual obligations. Additionally, the digital images and cinematic films we create are stored securely in high-end cloud-based galleries to provide you with seamless access to your visual legacy.
Your data is used exclusively for service delivery, including administrative scheduling, creative post-production, and secure gallery hosting. We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share specific details with trusted service partners, such as luxury album printing houses or software providers, solely for the purpose of completing your collection.

What is the Cancellation & Deposit Policy?
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date. Should you need to cancel, please notify us in writing immediately; the balance may be waived depending on the closeness to the date.
How do we handle Rescheduling?
We offer one date transfer free of charge, subject to our availability. If the studio is unavailable for your new date, the standard cancellation procedures will apply.
When is the final Payment due?
After the initial booking fee, the remaining balance is due in full exactly 30 days before your wedding date. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards via our secure payment portal.
What is the turnaround time for Deliverables?
Cinematic films and high-resolution galleries undergo a rigorous editorial process. Highlights are shared within 2 weeks, while full signature edits are delivered within 8-12 weeks.
